We can see the sake-making process at Shimonoseki Sake Brewery. After the tour, we will have a sake blending experience. We will taste four different types of sake in international standard tasting glasses.
Then, the sake sommelier will blend the sake according to the experimenter's request to create a "one-of-a-kind sake in the world." Since the sake sommelier will make fine adjustments, there are an infinite number of taste patterns. The finished sake will be placed in a bottle with an original label featuring the experimenter's name, and you can collect it on the spot. The blend ratio is recorded, so you can enjoy the same taste as many times as you like.
