Instructions for presenters

In-person oral presenters

The local arrangement committee will set up a laptop computer for in-person presenters at the conference venue. You should share your slides using Zoom. The Zoom information has been shared on MyPage. The laptop has the following abilities:

If you would like to use your laptop or other device, you should share your slides using Zoom on your device. Please note that you should turn off your microphone and the audio speaker when you present your talk using your device. The local arrangement committee will send your voice to Zoom using their microphone. The conference venue provides Wi-Fi service. You can get the information in the conference room.

The keynote presenters have 40 minutes each to talk. The other oral presenters have 20 minutes each to speak, including Q&A and preparing your presentation. You can upload your presentation material using "MyPage". The laptop for presenters can access "MyPage" to download it. Please note that the attendees can see your presentation material if you have uploaded it.

After you have finished your presentation, you can upload your camera-ready file on the submission page. The deadline is September 26, 2023. If you have finished uploading your camera-ready file, IAR 2023 program committee can use your submitted paper. The paper may be excluded from conference proceedings if the presentation is not made at the conference. However, no-show papers are not recommended in post-conference publications, and IIARS Congress does not receive the papers submitted by past no-show authors.

In-person poster presenters

The maximum poster size is A0 (width: 841mm, height: 1189 mm). You can upload your poster material using "MyPage". If you have uploaded it until September 2, 2023, the local committee will print your poster and set it on your poster board. If you have not finished uploading it by September 2, 2023, you should print your poster by yourself and put it on your poster board between 2 PM and 5 PM on September 10. The local committee will prepare the poster boards.

You should stand in front of your poster during the poster session. Each poster must have a unique presenter. One person should not present more than one poster. After you have finished your presentation, you can upload your camera-ready file on the submission page. The deadline is September 26, 2023. If you will not upload your camera-ready file, IAR 2023 program committee can use your submitted paper. However, presenters who have not placed their poster(s) on their assigned board at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the poster session, and attend to it for the duration of the poster session, will be considered a "no show," and their manuscript, and IIARS congress does not receive the papers submitted by past no-show authors.
